Our Background
Michelle, the Managing Director of Fortnea Langley, brings nearly 20 years of experience in the property industry. She started her journey by founding her own online lettings and property management company in 2011 and expanded it by acquiring an established business just 18 months later. Over a decade, she successfully grew both businesses before selling them to a larger property company.
After the sale, Michelle took a break, pursuing her dream of traveling around Spain. However, her passion for property called her back to the industry, and she is now leveraging her extensive knowledge and expertise in the field.
Throughout her career as a letting agent, Michelle has managed a wide variety of property-related tasks, including tenant find services, rent collection, property maintenance, serving section notices, resolving disputes, and staying compliant with relevant legislation. She has a proven track record in property sales and sourcing, and her experience as both a landlord in the UK and Spain has further honed her skills in property renovation and development across both countries.
